Returns and Refunds

Most Birds by Sneak products are made to order, printed or built for you once you place your order. Because nothing sits on a shelf, I can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or ordering the wrong item. Please check the size guide on each product page before you buy.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order shows up damaged, misprinted, or it's not what you ordered, I'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. Email birdsbysneak@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos, and I'll take care of it.

Sizing
Since everything is made to order, I can't swap sizes after an order is placed. The size guide on each product page is the best way to get it right the first time.

Cancellations and changes
Orders move into production fast. If you need to change or cancel, email me right away and I'll try to catch it, but once an item is in production I can't guarantee a change.

Lost or stolen packages
Once the carrier marks a package delivered, it's out of my hands, but reach out and I'll help however I can.
